Financial Support

If you are a new student enrolling at a Kaplan-taught college for the first time in Spring 2022, and travelling to the UK from a country on the UK government’s red list (as of 6 December 2021), and you have booked a quarantine hotel, you may be eligible to receive a £1500 reduction from your tuition fees.

 You must be a new student enrolling on a Kaplan-delivered Pathway Programme who:

1. is 18 years and older at time of your arrival in UK or if you are under 18 years, be quarantining with a parent or guardian who is either a UK or Irish national or has residence rights in the UK (please note: you must commence your quarantine before the end of the enrolment period for your Programme);

2. has received an Offer Letter and Acceptance Form to commence your programme between January and March 2022;

3. has paid your deposit and is up to date with your tuition fee payments;

4. has provided Kaplan with evidence of payment made by you or on your behalf to a UK government approved managed quarantine hotel scheme.

If the country you are arriving from is removed from the red list before you depart your home country, and you have already booked your quarantine hotel, you can request a refund directly from the UK government.

Food Voucher

If you are a new Kaplan student travelling to the UK from a red list country and are commencing your studies in Spring 2022, and need to isolate upon arrival, you may be eligible to receive £50 of Deliveroo vouchers. The Food Voucher is subject to availability.
